Unique Clicks:

A Unique Click denotes the amount of individual users who clicked a link
, regardless of how many times they clicked the particular link within a certain period of time.

For example one user clicks a link 5 times in 1 day, the raw clicks are 5 but the Unique Clicks are 1.

If the visitor revisits the same website and clicks on the link again within less than twenty-four hours, it would not count as a Unique Click. However, after twenty-four hours, if the same visitor re-visits the site and clicks the link this would then count again as 1 unique click.

[Unique comes from Latin unicus = single, sole, from unus = one;

Click is imitative, that means the word is imitating the sound of the action it is supposed to describe]
