Turnkey Business:

InvestorWords.com defines a turnkey operation as "A product
or service which can be implemented or utilized with no additional work required by the buyer (just by 'turning the key')".

In Internet marketing “Turnkey Business” offers often consist of a fully developed website including the products to sell and a fully automated payment system. The new business owner “only” has to care for the traffic to the site. But this is the hardest part as automated sites usually do not rank well in search engines, especially if there are several identical sites. Therefore making money with such Turnkey Businesses is often not as easy as advertised.

[Turn comes from Old English turnian = to revolve, rotate; Greek tornos is a tool for drawing circles;

The origin of Key
is unknown;

Business comes from Old English bisignisse = care, anxiety]
